Fishbooking opens the season!!

After along winter and some breathtaking sea-trout fishing finally the salmon season has started. We here at fishbooking like everyone else can’t wait a second longer. The journalists have packed their bags, lures, flies, rods and every other fishing equipment known to man. All that is needed is a direct course to Trondelag.

While most rivers open between the 1st and the 15th of June, there are a select few that open on the 15th,. Here is a list of the rivers that are open early.

Østfold: Berbyelva/ Enningdalselva, Tista (16.05?)
Buskerud: All
Vestfold: Numedalslågen
South-Trøndelag: Stordalsvassdraget
North-Trøndelag: Høylandsvassdraget, Bjøra

It is with enormous anticipation that three men have spent the weekend oiling their reels and checking every detail twice. The ladies that are left behind think they are mad to drive the thousand kilometres for three days of fishing, but it is their job after all.
