Gunnar Hager has landed one of Norways largest trout this year. Four thirty in the morning is no time for the average man but on this particular night Gunner was the shinning light in resent ”fiske cup”
Gunner spends his winters making Norways tradinal knives and counting the days until the season starts. This fish was no lucky hit. It was not that many years ago that he landed a fish just over six kilo. The latest monster was over 90 cm long and 50cm around it’s belly. For those who wish to catch such a record breaker here is where it was caught, between fiskerhytta to Gjøvik fiskerforening and Heggenhaugen.
