After a long and eventful tour to the wilderness that we call Kola Peninsula finally I made it back to the office and I’m ready to start the task of catching up on our news and my magazine.

So what’s new here in Norway? Where to start? The latest reports from river managers from around the country have show that the catch statistics for the 2002 season have confirmed disappointing results for a large number of our rivers. This is due to the tropical summer Norway faced this year. As it so often happens the rain arrived on the final day of the season and the lucky few that had cards for the final hour caught fish by the bucket load.

Other exciting news is that those of you that have dreamed about fishing Kola Peninsula will be happy to hear that after a successful trip to kola we can offer two new package tours into one of the greatest rivers every fished by the fishbooking.com crew. Keep your eye on Skots Outpost for all the juicy details

Thanks to all our readers for your support and over the next few days I will update everyone on the latest from our fishing headquarters here on the West coast.
