G'day as you all know I've been traversing the back tracks of Southern Australia in search of new hot spots and monster fish. My partner and I drove thousands of miles and were blessed to have seen some of nature's wonders. Fishing in the wake of some of the worst bush fires in Australia's history only added to the atmosphere.

In the shadow of the worst bush fires in our nations history we drove through areas of total devastation despite this my country has bounced back with our typical laid back manner. I know news reports portrayed these fires as the death of a nation but let me tell you nature always fights back. My biggest concern was that the fishing had suffered as a result of the resent fires. Only a brief look at my up coming articles will show that all is alive and kicking in my beloved Australia We managed to photograph and fish some of Australia's most famous big game locations and some of the least know and seldom fished bays in the world. I can't wait to begin to tell you how many different species we caught so over the next few weeks you can read all my stories and see some of the biggest meanest fish that swim the seas.
