Simple stir fry

This is as simple as A:B:C

Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
200g fish trimmings
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh lemongrass
handful coriander
1 tsp fresh chilli
few drops fish sauce
few drops soy sauce
1 tsp honey
salt and pepper
squeeze lemon juice
cooked noodles or rice


Method
In a pan heat oil then add garlic and ginger. Saute without colour for 30
seconds then add fish trimmings, lemongrass, and chilli. Saute for 1 minute,
gently turning or tossing the fish. Add rest of ingredients and then the rice or
noodles.
Season then serve with coriander on top
