Simple sea-trout stir fry.

Stir-fried fish is one of the simplest ways to make a meal for the entire family. Added this to this it is one of the healthiest forms of cooking there is!

1. Carrots (two)
2. Onion (one)
3. Squash (200 grams)
4. 600 grams-1 kilo of fresh skinless sea-trout.
5. Sesame oil
6. Strong chilli sauce
7. One tin of pineapple (crushed)
8. Honey, add to taste


Method

Thinly slice your vegetables into long strips and toss them into an oiled heated pan. Stir fry until your vege’s are golden and crispy. Then add Sesame oil and the juice from you tin of pineapple. Fry under a strong heat until the juice begins to thin. Finally add your seat-tout, honey and chilli oil and close the lid of your work. Cook until the fish is soft and ready to eat.
Serve with rice and don’t forget to place the chilli sauce on the table for those that love a little punch. Hey presto you have a meal for two that is easy and great to eat
